Yesterday I had a call from my very first downline, Jane, she has had 3 lovely ladies join her team this week and that means she has promoted to Silver 1.

Last month Hayley also promoted to Silver 1, the first member of my team to achieve this.

I’m so pleased for both of them they have worked really hard, have big teams of their own that they support.  Superstars !!!!!

Now the way Stampin’ Up! works is to reward demonstrators for building their teams and supporting and training them with product incentives and higher commissions. By earning Silver 1 Jane and Hayley will receive £100 of Stampin’ Up! products of their choice direct from Stampin’ Up!  They will also be receiving goodies of their choice from me too!  I love to reward my team for their successes.

Now their promotions mean I have achieved

Can you tell I’m just a little excited by this news?  I’m a firm believer in setting goals and aiming high, and February 2009 was my Silver 3 goal, Woo Hoo!! I will receive a higher % of my commissions for achieving and maintaining this.
