Exciting day today in the Fowler household, the flooring has gone in…….so since Monday the entire contents of my craft cave and the kids TV room has been in the rest of the house which is full on chaos! The fitters have lifted the carpet and the 1970′ tiles underneath……..then primed and latexed the floor which then had to dry for 24 hours and today was the day.
I will put up pictures tomorrow but we can’t walk on the floor for 24 hours to let the adhesive bond properly. So my weekend will consist of washing the floor, putting 2 coats of polish on and then woooooooo hoooooo! We can build the cupboards. I promise I’ll do some picture updates but it’s going to be a couple of weeks before it’s finished I think!
I have 3 cards for you today, they are variations of the anniversary card I made for Brian, you can see it HERE.
The colours I have used are Rich Razzleberry, Melon Mambo and Pink Pirouette.
The pink sparkly hearts are Dazzling Diamonds glimmer paper that I have coloured with Melon Mambo ink. To save you ruining your ink pad……….I shall share my top tip……..put a few drops of re-inker onto a plate and use a sponge dauber to colour the glimmer paper and then allow to dry before you punch it out. If you use the sponge dauber from your ink pad, it will look beautiful and sparkly but won’t be useful for anything else!
Remember you have until the 6th October to get your special offers.

I’m off to admire my floor !
I don’t believe it! My entire craft room and (today) our TV room have been moved into the rest of the house for renovations. How’s that for a coincidence my friend? Love your cards! Lovely work as usual 😀
That is soooooo spooky my friend, thank you so much for your kind words xxx
