The one with the swapping !
So after our crazy busy day in the Landrover we opted for a bit of sunbathing and a walk into the centre of Funchal on Thursday. The streets are all cobbled and have some mosaics actually as part of the pavement, really pretty. We love exploring so we saw these flower decorations along the streets and followed them.
Into a square where all the different colours converged from the different streets it was really pretty.
We stopped for a snack……..gelato……..very scummy and then back to the hotel for swaps. Now swaps is where we make something ( intact 54 somethings in this case…….) and then swap with fellow demos. You can see my swaps here.
So we gathered on the terrace, I managed to get a quick picture with the lovely Paula, who is the UK Country manager and Jenny one of my dear demo friends.
Then we all lined up…..
and then the madness started, it was controlled madness I have to say, it was a lot of fun though, and the swaps are amazing.
