I will be spending the day with over 400 of my demonstrator friends at Onstage 2016, there will be a LOT of hugging and chatting and laughing and Oooooooing at new stuff, and learning, it’s going to be great, but I promised yesterday to share with you my direct team gifts and awards.
So lets start with the direct team gifts, everyone who attends onstage has invested their time and money to be there, and is spending time away from their families. I know that they will receive a HUGE return on that investment as the Stampin’ Up! corporate events are the best I have ever been too, but I just want to say thank you to them for being there. So I have a semi-precious stone dragonfly bracelet for them. I have these lovely satin pouches to keep them in, but of course I wanted to make them pretty with a Stampin’ Up! tag !!!

I also have team awards to give out. Each year I recognise the top 10 in the team with certificates and the top 5 with a gift as well. Often I give gifts of Stampin’ Up! products but this year I know several of the team are determined to reach for the 2018 Stampin’ Up! incentive trip to Alaska, so I bought them travel themed gifts instead !
And I have a special award too, Rising Star for a demonstrator in their first 18 months who has shown excellence in their business.
So first up the tags, I have used the same stamp set It’s a Celebration as the team gifts just a different colour way, Night of Navy and Emerald Envy.
Enclosed is a travel wallet and coin purse, they are super cute!
