Woah! it’s Friday! Will the person who is pressing on the go faster pedal please stop! Seriously why is time running so fast? Please don’t tell me it’s an age thing…… I mean I know I’m 50 now but……really….. time needs to slow down…….

This week I have been welcoming people to my team of demonstrators, designing lots of projects for you and for my up coming classes. I have also been preparing for one of my all day team events which is taking place tomorrow. I love getting together with my team to stamp, share creative inspiration, share training and of course, chat, eat cake and laugh, always lots of laughter at my events! I am so looking forward to it, it’s going to be fun.

VIDEO’s I have an update, video’s will resume next week, I know many of you have been wondering and I’ve had lots of messages wondering when my next one will be…… Well small matter of a broken laptop before Christmas, Santa was super kind and got me a new one. But these things take time, and software stuff and hardware stuff and all the things, boring……and techy…. but they will be back I promise! Starting next Friday.

Today’s card is perfect for those who love cars, I was thinking of my dad when I designed it, he loves all things mechanical, cars especially and red is his favourite colour.

Geared Up Garage Car Card Stampin' Up! UK Amanda Fowler Inspiring Inkin'

The stamp set is called Geared up Garage and you’ll find it on page 43 of the Spring-Summer catalogue. It’s a completely flat card, stamps and ink that’s all, but it packs a punch!

I stamped the car in Tuxedo Black Memento ink so I could colour it with Real Red and Smokey Slate blends and used Basic Grey ink for all the rest of the stamping.

Here are all the product links for the Geared up Garage Red Car Card. Click on the pictures to go shopping in my online store.

So after I have done all the unpacking from my event tomorrow I think I might finish my tax return. Yep rock and roll lifestyle! I have been busy working on a new system and I am confident that once I’ve finished last years I will be able to get this years tax done in May. Because I will have caught up! So that’s my Sunday planned. Along with BBQ Pulled Pork, a glass of wine and watching Midwives on the BBC. Did you know the new series started last week? Oh my, so many tissues needed.

Well that’s all for me for today, I’ll be back after the weekend. Have a great time whatever you are up to!
