A Sending Flowers card for you today, so pretty and spring like! This set of dies are only available whilst stocks last, or until the end of March, so do make sure you pop your order in soon. I love the gingham background paper. It’s part of the Designer Series Paper packs, they are 6″ square and you get a full set of a colour family.

Sending Flowers Card Stampin' Up! Uk Inspiring Inkin' Amanda Fowler

In order to achieve the multi-coloured flowers I cut from Petal Pink, Balmy Blue and So Saffron card. You will need to cut several of the extra flower dies. They match up perfectly to the die cut Pear Pizzazz card. A few rhinestones always finish off a card, and no sentiment, because I’ve popped that inside. A quick card made with a few cuts of card and a few passes through your die cutting machine! In the links below I have put the mixed pack of card for the Subtles family. It’s a great way of getting a couple of sheets of each colour to play with. Then you can decide which are your favourites and buy a full pack.

We are certainly living in tricky times, I hope you and those you love are safe and well. Please follow all the local government advice and wash your hands. Would you like a quick fun fact about washing your hands? The reason soap is recommended it because it has fats (lipids) in it. Whilst you are washing your hands in warm water for 20 seconds, those lipids dissolve the fat membrane protecting the virus, and the virus falls apart and becomes inactive (dies, well kind of, because they aren’t really alive……). I love science stuff and it always seem better when you understand the reason behind something.

As for my classes and events, everything is going ahead as usual until the advice is that we shouldn’t.

I think we are back to decorating this weekend, although Brian mentioned something about the toilet cistern! So maybe we will be doing plumbing instead. All I know is I’m baking and crocheting as some point. I’m also hoping for sunshine so I can go and do some weeding, they are taking over!

Have fun this weekend, see you on Monday.
