Happy 1st April. All of a sudden it’s winter again! It is so cold here today, the fire will be on tonight for sure. Well It’s all been go here today. Stampin’ Up! have got a NEW website and new links, which is fab, it looks great and is easy to navigate. But, it might mean that your bookmarks don’t work in the same way that they did and some of my links don’t take you where you need to go……. So please bear with us. The new website and my shop is on the link below.

NEW Stampin’ Up! Website

When you log in to the store you should see my name at the top left corner “Shopping with : Amanda Fowler”. Once you go to the shopping Basket, as you can see in see the picture below, you now put the host code in at the bottom left, you might need to click the + button on the right of the Host Code to make it open up so you can pop the code in.

I’ll be going back to sort out old links, but everything going forward should work okay. If you have ANY problems let me know, it’s likely to be something that needs fixing. If you tell me then I can make sure something is done about it. We all to often think its’ our skills at fault, mostly it is the technology! I would much rather know if something isn’t working.

I think you are probably reading this because you’d like to see some creative inspiration, you’ll be pleased to know I do have a card for you today. It’s using the Layered with Kindness stamp set on page 43 of the mini catalogue. It co-ordinates with 2 punches, Label me Lovely and Label me Fancy. The background is the Birch stamp, I’m loving the texture it gives.

A tip for stamping the leaves and flowers, if you stamp the Happy Birthday first onto the Very Vanilla card front you can then see where to position the leaves and flowers. Your punched out pieces then go over the top.

Here are all the product links for the Layered with Kindness Card. Click on the pictures to go shopping in my online store.

I hope you have been taking some time out for yourself. Everything is a upside down and I really think its important that we take care of ourselves. You can’t pour from an empty teapot!

Today I’ve taken my own advice and spent this afternoon chatting with some friends over Zoom celebrating a birthday and made Bread and Chocolate cake! Yes I succeeded in my Chocolate Cake mission. It’s a good job I did my PE class with Joe Wicks this morning, it means I can eat the cake!

The host code has changed because it’s the beginning of a month, and that means the May Craft-a-long Club is open! Spend £30 or €35 in my online store and you can choose to have a kit of Stampin’ Up! goodies sent to you and you can Craft-a-Long with me and make 3 cards and a box too!

Take care of yourself and I’ll see you on Friday!
