I have just started my 2 weeks holiday…… and yes I am writing a blog post! I didn’t get everything done yesterday, so I am finishing up this morning and then I promise I’m switching off. I’m sure you can relate to not finishing everything on your to do list. I’d like to just cross it all off! It makes me happy.

Over the past couple of weeks it has been my privilege to share Christmas events with customers, demonstrators and my team. At each event I have shared Mystery stamping! It’s a lot of fun, you are given a list of things to gather, card stock to cut and then verbal or written instructions. You don’t get to see the original card until the end, and since everyone is using their own colours, papers and stamps every card is different!

I’m sharing my card below along with the measurements and score lines and some basic instructions. I would love to see what you make.

Dragonfly Garden Card Stampin' Up! UK Inspiring Inkin' Amanda Fowler

I did mention a sneak peek……. this is the NEW dragonfly punch and stamp set and a 2nd stamp set with the most fabulous sentiments and gorgeous flowers you will need it too! They will be available from the 5th January 2021

You will be able to see on the card which bits get stuck where. Something that the mystery stampers didn’t get to see……. there are 2 important things, when you stick the die cuts to the front make sure to only stick it to the narrow strip of card, or you won’t be able to open the card. You will need a small punched piece or die cut to hold the flap shut when standing or it wobbles all over the place. If you flex the card by pushing the 2 short edges towards one another to make the card curve a little it will stand up better.

Here are a few pictures to explain what I mean.
