I have been having so much fun with the Birds and Branches stamp set and Dies that I thought I would share another card showcasing it today. It just happens to be in my favourite colour, you did know that was blue????

I made a watercolour wash on some shimmery white card, and then stamped and die cut all the elements. I popped 3 eggs in the nest, well it could be triplets! But equally this would work great as a new home card, or an adoption or fostering card too. So many uses.
The front edge of the card has been die cut, its such a fancy edge. You can see in much more clearly in the picture below. The bow is made by colouring the Braided Linen trim with a Night of Navy blends marker, its so easy to do and means you can have that trim in lots of different colours.

Here are all the product links for the Birds and Branches Congratulations card. Click on the pictures to go shopping in my online store.
I am so excited I have an add all to cart button, just above !!!!!
It pops everything into your shopping basket on my online store, that is such a time saver, over course its easy to take things out or add extra in but it is just too cool!
Public Service Announcement
I have mentioned several times in my live videos and here on my blog to be aware and mindful about potential online fraud and the importance of checking your accounts and statements regularly. The criminals are getting much more sophisticated. This week I have heard from family, team members and customers about several new scams, and whilst I was writing this I got a scam text as well, from Paypal so here are some new scams. Please don’t click links or give out your card details or other information. It’s always best to go direct to the company that is contacting you and check to see if it is genuine.
- DPD send an email requesting payment of £1 or other low amount to redeliver parcels, of course right now we are receiving lots of parcels and it could seem genuine. Its my understanding that DPD never ask a recipient for payment.
- Text from Paypal regarding failed payments.
- Calls from Paypal regarding Prime payment not being authorised
- Text from UPS, item stopped due to unpaid customs with a clickable link.
So to clarify ALL Stampin’ Up! parcels into the UK are delivered by UPS, and you will not need to pay extra customs duties on them. If you are unsure about a parcel that is coming from me/Stampin’ Up! message or call me and I will check it out for you.
It’s such a good job this isn’t a video call, my house is upside down! Its been getting worse each day and you know what its like when you are busy, it all just piles up! So in my office/craft room, there are boxes of Christmas presents ready to post, items ready to be wrapped and online shopping returns. Parcels that have arrived are in the hallway in quarantine for a couple of days. I have a fabby new gadget in the kitchen, but it means I have to re-arrange everything, so cupboards are being emptied and sorted, piles of things for the kids and lots of cleaning to do. I have crochet and sewing repairs in the lounge that need to be finished and that’s just downstairs…….. I’m not even going to share the chaos upstairs!
Of course that all needs to be sorted before I can bring the tree and the house decorations in, argh!
So my plan is to get lots of tidying done tonight and get the outside decorations done when its dry over the weekend. If I get straight we can do the inside……… but I am not bringing the tree into the chaos! I will report back on progress at Craft and Chat on Tuesday.
Make sure to pop back on Monday I’ll have the retiring list and information about discounts then!
Have a great weekend.
