A new video today, with a fun fold Pop-Up Shelf card. It is straightforward to make, uses minimal supplies and looks fab.

If you are reading this via email please click HERE to watch the video.
The mechanism has 2 box sections, and that is what makes it pop up and look like a shelf.

It folds flat to post too.

Here is the other version of the card.

Product ListI hope your Saturday is going well. It’s so chilly here today, the ice hasn’t melted on the car windscreens yet and its mid morning! In other weather news there is snow in our forecast for overnight into tomorrow, which is super exciting……. so not going to happen though!
I often get asked where about in the UK do I live, So here is a map of the UK, look right down to the very bottom and in the middle you will see a small island, that is the Isle of Wight. Look up to the mainland and there is a little gap, its called Southampton water and I live just to the right of that. We are about 5 miles from the sea, hence no snow!

Over the past couple of weeks I have learnt far more about customs, clearances and shipping than I ever thought I wanted or needed to know. My amazing customers are being so patient with the delays. Brexit and Covid have caused a not so perfect storm and it seems that making the issue worse is consignment shipping. UPS ships the parcels in consignments which hold a variety of companies parcels. Although Stampin’ Up! has submitted all the correct paperwork, other companies parcels that haven’t got the correct paperwork are slowing the whole system down and in some cases grinding it to a halt. Of course this isn’t helped by a huge backlog.
Unfortunately the UPS tracking system is also glitchy at the moment, so it’s unclear when parcels will arrive. Please be aware that UPS texts and emails are often automated and may not be a true reflection of delivery dates. Check the most up to date information either on the UPS My Choice App or the UPS website. I am sure this is temporary and hopeful we will be back to normal soon.
So my advice if you are thinking of placing an order, would be to do it as soon as you are able to, rather than wait. We don’t know how long the delays will last and at least then you will know your goodies are in the system and on their way.
Time to get bundled up and go out for a long walk, I need to stretch my legs. Then I’m getting Butter Chicken going for dinner and finishing off that pesky tax return. I am every excited because I’m actually doing 22 months worth of tax return so when I finish I will be right up to date for 2020-2021 as well!
Enjoy the rest of the weekend I’ll see you on Monday.
