Today is my Mum’s birthday and I’m sending her hugs. We still can’t visit, but soon, I hope! We did Face-time this morning and she was off out to lunch, so I’m sure she has had a lovely day.
I decided to use some NEW products to make her card. I made a Zigzag Gatefold card, I do have a tutorial video on how to make this card, which I will link below.
I love this style of card because you get to see both sides of the gorgeous paper. The Hand-Penned patterned paper is what we will be using in May 2021’s Craft-a-long.

There is a slight difference between today’s card and the original. I added a square panel at the front rather than circles. The squares were 2 1/4″ and then 2″. I used the Tasteful Textile embossing folder to add a bit of contrast. The sentiment is from the Art Gallery stamp set, I keep forgetting it! Here its is in close up.

We have a new project, the smallest room in the house. Not really a room. Its the under-stairs cupboard. We have to rip everything out, paint and put up new shelves. Then move everything out of the downstairs shower room and fill the new shelves, so it stops being a storage room and we can actually put a shower in it… Still with me ??? But that is a whole other project.
It’s supposed to be raining here this weekend so it will be good to have an inside job to do. I do so hope it rains the garden is so dry and my poor little seeds wont grow.
