Today is Brian’s birthday, I’d love to say we are off celebrating, but no we are both working today! We are however planning on finishing early and heading the the beach for Fish and Chips. We know how to celebrate in style! We have a day out planned for tomorrow and a Sunday chilling.
Today’s card is his birthday card, I brought the product suite mainly because of Brian, he loves trees! He also loves very simple cards. No ‘faff’ cards…
I used the papers and stamped and die cut the tree image, I’m not sure how well you will be able to see from the picture but the tree is in 2 pieces, so I stamped and die cut the tree skeleton. Then did the same for the canopy and then over stamped the branches before sticking it all together. I hope that makes sense. Let me know if not!
I have used the super soft Early Espresso Suede Ribbon across the base of the card. It feels like puppy ears!

I can report that the cake decorating is going well. Just finishing it off now, so I’ll take pictures and I’ll share on Monday.
